ICT

Information and Communication Technologies — the systems, software and networks whose resilience DORA regulates.

ICT stands for Information and Communication Technologies. The DORA regulation uses this term to refer to all the information systems, software, network infrastructure and digital services a financial entity relies on to operate.

Almost all of DORA's requirements — risk management, incident management, resilience testing, oversight of providers — relate to "ICT-related risks", i.e. risks likely to affect the availability, integrity or confidentiality of these systems.
